Holiday Shipping Information

Here our our recommended deadlines for delivery for Christmas, December 25, 2023:

For Domestic orders, the last day to order for expected delivery before Christmas:

  • USPS First Class: December 15, 2023
  • USPS Priority Mail: December 18, 2023.
  • Alaska and Hawaii: December 15, 2023.

For International orders, the last day to order for expected delivery before Christmas:

  • Africa, Central and South America: November 5, 2023.
  • Others: December 2, 2023.

Please keep in mind that these our are recommended deadlines. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date due to circumstances out of our control.

When will my order ship?

If you purchase the digital version or the bundle, your digital files will be available for download immediately after purchase.

Orders that include a physical disc will ship out within 1-3 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location.

Please note for international orders: customs duties are automatically applied by your home country. We have seen some duties upward of $50 USD or more. Check with your local government prior to ordering as we are not liable for custom fees.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we do! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

General Product Questions

Are the files Lossless or Compressed?

The MKV and M2TS files are encoded as Lossless Dolby TrueHD files which will be seen as such on your A/V Receiver.

If I do not need the physical disc, can I purchase the files only?

Is the Blu-Ry disc multi-regional?

Yes, the disc is region free.

Will the Blu-Ray disc play on Panasonic Blu-Ray players?

The Spatial Audio Calibration Toolkit disc is a standard Blu-Ray and should be compatible with nearly all Blu-Ray players.

We have also successfully tested the following players for compatibility:

  • LG UBK90
  • Sony X700/X800
  • Panasonic UB420/820/9000
  • Reavon X100/X200
  • Oppo Blu Ray Players
  • Magnetar UDP800
  • Xbox Series X

Digital Product Questions

Will the digital files play on Panasonic Blu-Ray players?

The Panasonic DP-UB150 will play M2TS files, however, the UB420, UB820, and UB9000 will not.

Will I be able to play the digital files on my computer?

The following workflow has been tested: Windows computer + Dolby Access App + Windows Movie Player + AVR = Atmos

Can I play the digital files on the Xbox Series X or Playstation 5?

No, the MKV and M2TS files are not compatible with gaming devices.
