2025 Holiday Shipping Information
Please note: Order processing times are separate from shipping times.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Here are our holiday shipping deadlines if you'd like to receive your order by December 25, 2025. Please note that these are recommendations and we can't control shipping delays due to weather or other factors.
Holiday Shipping Deadlines for USA:
- USPS First Class: December 12, 2025
- USPS Priority Mail: December 15, 2025
Holiday Shipping Deadlines for International:
- USPS International: December 1, 2025
General Shipping Information

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. For purchases that include digital downloads, your files will be available immediately after purchase.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping Information
Since your shipment is crossing the border from the US, it may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These fees are determined by your local government and are not included in the price of your order. We recommend checking with your local customs office to get an estimate of the potential fees before placing your order to ensure there are no surprises when your shipment arrives.
For Canada orders that choose UPS, we have seen customs and brokerage fees ranging from $60-80, and potentially more.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at spatialgroupcs@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at spatialcdws@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
